2019's robot, Orange, was built to compete in RoboSub's challenge: TRANSDEC-vania. Given that we did not have as much experience, knowledge and time as other teams, we started off by learning from existing technology and platforms, such as the BlueROV2, and then integrated them together to create one cohesive system. We used parallel prototyping on the BlueROV2 and our custom AUV, Orange, to maximize our time.
